What does My View Pass actually do?

You give us a Google Drive link you already have, and we hand back a separate, trackable link to send instead of the raw one. You set how many times it can be viewed and when it expires -- once either limit is hit, the link just stops working. Your video stays right where it already is the entire time; we never host a copy of it.

Which platforms can I use for my video?

Google Drive, right now. It needs sharing set to "anyone with the link" so we can embed it -- your view limit, expiration, and the link's own unguessable address still gate who ever gets that far, and Drive's own "can't download, print, or copy" toggle locks it down further. We're evaluating other platforms to add over time.

Do I need to re-upload my film anywhere?

No. You keep your video exactly where it already lives on Google Drive, and just paste that link in when creating a screener link.

How many links do I get?

It depends on your plan: Indie includes 5 screener links a month, Circuit includes 20, and Studio is unlimited. You can also buy a one-time pack of extra links on Indie or Circuit without changing plans. See Pricing for the full comparison.

What happens if I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Your usage for the current billing period carries over either way -- switching plans doesn't reset how many links you've already created this period, and links you've already sent out keep working on their own terms. If you're already at or past a lower plan's monthly limit, you just won't be able to create new links on it until your next renewal.

How many people can watch through one link?

By default, a link is single-viewer -- the first person to open it keeps that view. Circuit and Studio plans also offer a "small team" link that can be reopened by up to 5 viewers (Circuit) or 25 viewers (Studio), useful for sending one link to an entire programming committee.

What happens when a link expires or runs out of views?

It stops working immediately -- whoever opens it after that sees a plain message instead of your film (you can customize that message per link). If you still need that recipient to see it, just create a new screener link for them; it takes a few seconds.

Can I extend or change a link after I've created it?

You can push its expiration date later from the link's own page in your dashboard, as long as it hasn't already expired. The view count and recipient can't be changed after creation -- create a new link if you need different settings.

Will I know when someone views my link?

Yes, two ways: an email the moment it's opened, and a live notification right on your dashboard -- no page reload needed. Each view also logs a rough location and device, and you can see the full history from that link's page.

Is my film actually secure once someone opens the link? Could my Google Drive link itself ever leak?

Tracked, expiring, and view-limited -- yes, and we never show that raw Drive link as visible, clickable text anywhere your recipient sees. Leak-proof in an absolute sense -- no, and we'd rather tell you that plainly than oversell it: like any link-based screener, the page that actually plays your film has to reference where it's hosted, so a technically determined viewer inspecting the page's source could find that underlying link. The real backstop is Google Drive's own "viewers can't download, print, or copy" toggle -- that's enforced by Google itself, so even someone who found the underlying link still can't download, print, or copy the file through it, only watch. And no tool, including this one, can prevent someone from screen-recording a video once it's playing on their screen -- that's true of every video service, not just us.

Do you offer refunds?

We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard -- that stops future billing, and your access continues through the end of the period you already paid for.

How do I cancel?

From your dashboard, open Settings (or use "Change plan") to manage or cancel your subscription. If anything's not working the way you expect, reach out and we'll help.
