Terms of Service
Last updated September 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of My View Pass (the "Service"), operated by Peakpoint Enterprise LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Service does
My View Pass takes a video link you already control (a Google Drive link) and generates a separate, trackable link for you to send to reviewers, festivals, or other recipients. You choose how many views a link allows and when it expires; once either limit is reached, the link stops working. Your video file itself stays on your own Drive the whole time -- we never host, copy, or store a copy of it.
2. Your account
You sign in with your email address using a one-time link, not a password. You're responsible for keeping access to that email address secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
3. Subscriptions and billing
The Service is billed on a recurring monthly subscription. Each plan includes a set number of screener links per billing period (or unlimited, on our Studio plan); links you create count against that period's allowance and reset at the start of the next one. You can buy additional one-time link packs, or change plans, at any time from your dashboard.
Changing plans doesn't reset how many links you've already created in the current period. Links you've already sent out keep working on their own terms regardless of later plan changes, until they expire or run out of views on their own.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not refund any part of the period already paid for, and your access continues until the end of that period. We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods.
4. Your content and responsibility for it
You keep all rights to whatever you share through the Service. By using it, you confirm that you own the content you're sharing, or otherwise have the right to share it and to grant the access you're configuring (view limits, expiry, team/reshareable links, and so on).
You're responsible for how you configure sharing settings on the underlying Google Drive link itself -- My View Pass wraps that link with tracking and expiry, but it doesn't change what Google Drive itself allows a viewer to do with a file once it's open (for example, screen recording is never something any link-based tool, including this one, can prevent). Use the platform-level protections (like Google Drive's "viewers can't download, print, or copy" toggle) for anything sensitive.
You agree not to use the Service to share content you don't have the rights to, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we determine, at our reasonable discretion, are being used this way.
5. Service availability
We work to keep the Service reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be available without interruption or free of errors. The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peakpoint Enterprise LLC won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including a screener link being viewed, shared, or accessed beyond what you intended. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. This doesn't take away any consumer protections you're entitled to under the law of the state you actually live in, where those can't be waived by agreement.
