Privacy Policy

Last updated September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what My View Pass (the "Service"), operated by Peakpoint Enterprise LLC ("we," "us"), collects, why, and how it's used. It covers both filmmakers who create an account and the recipients who open a screener link a filmmaker sends them.

1. What we collect from filmmakers

Your email address (used to sign in via a one-time link, and to send billing and account notices), an optional display name, the screener links you create (source link, title, expiration, view limits), and standard billing records from Stripe (we don't store your card number ourselves -- Stripe does). We never see, host, or store a copy of the video file itself; it stays on your own Google Drive the whole time.

2. What we collect from screener-link recipients

When someone opens a tracked link, we log the time it was opened, a rough location and device type derived from their IP address, and a hashed (not raw) version of that IP address -- enough to show the filmmaker who sent the link that it was viewed and roughly from where, without keeping a directly-identifying record of the visitor. We don't require a recipient to create an account or give us their email to watch.

3. How we use this information

To operate the Service (creating and enforcing your screener links, sending you a view alert the moment one is opened, running your subscription and billing), to respond when you contact us, and to fix problems when something isn't working as expected. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make the Service work: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (billing), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms -- we don't hand your information to anyone else, and never sell it.

5. How long we keep it

For as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for billing records and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time -- see Section 7 below.

6. Cookies

We use only the minimum needed to keep you signed in and to operate view-limited screener links (a session token tied to a specific link redemption). We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

7. Your choices

You can update or remove your display name at any time from account settings, and cancel your subscription at any time from Billing. To request a copy of your data or full account deletion, reach us at our contact page.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
