How it works
An open Google Drive link is a liability the moment it's out -- one forward and you can't take it back. Here's what My View Pass does instead.
- 1
Sign in with just your email
No password to create or remember -- enter your email and we send a one-time link. It creates your account automatically the first time.
- 2
Paste your existing Google Drive link
Keep your film exactly where it already lives. Just set sharing to "anyone with the link" so we can embed it -- your view limit and expiration still gate who gets that far, and Drive's own "can't download, print, or copy" toggle locks it down further. Then paste the link in.
- 3
Set the rules for this recipient
Choose how many views the link allows, when it expires, and whether it's for one reviewer or a small team. Sending to a whole festival circuit at once? List every recipient and get a separate link for each, all in one go.
- 4
Send the tracked link instead
We hand back a My View Pass link that never displays your raw Drive URL anywhere your recipient sees -- just a simple viewer, a view counter, and an expiration countdown. It plays the film, counts down the views you allowed, and stops working the moment it expires or runs out.
- 5
Know the moment it's opened
You get an email and a live notification on your dashboard the instant someone views it, along with a rough location and device -- so you're never wondering whether that festival actually watched it.
- 6
It turns itself off
Once a link hits its view limit or expiration date, it's done -- no cleanup needed. Still need that recipient to see it? Create a fresh link for them in seconds.
